Another diet pill based on acai berry is not what raises a huge red flag about the Acai Berry diet pill. After checking out Acai Berry’s website the thing that makes us uncomfortable is how this company wants to affect your budget, not your waistline. But before we get into that, let’s take a look at what is in this diet pill:

There are actually no ingredients or amounts listed anywhere I could see. I could only assume that this diet pill contains at least these two ingredients because of the name and the label that says “now with white tea” on it. Acai berry is a great source of antioxidants, but has not been linked with weight loss. And while white tea is an effective stimulant and a good ingredient in a diet pill, by itself it isn’t going to do much.

Now wait a minute, nowhere on the website is a one-month supply of Total Cleanse even mentioned. But here it says that when you sign up for the 15-day free trial you are not only enrolled in an autoship program for Acai Berry, but also for Total Cleanse. Add the price for each of these monthly shipments together and your credit card will be charged a grand total of $179.08 each month! All of this simply for signing up for a 15-day free trial! I’m sorry, but this is one of the most ridiculous shady marketing techniques I have come across for a long time. It seems abundantly clear that Acai Berry is only concerned about making money, not helping people lose weight.

When you sign up for the 15-day free trial, you only pay shipping and handling. But remember: You are also signed up for an autoship program that will cost you nearly $200 per month!

If you don’t like Acai Berry, you can return it within 15 days. This 15 days, however, includes the time it takes to ship the product to you and then back to the company, so really you probably have about one week to decide whether you like this product or not. Oh, and on top of that, all returns are subject to a 30% administrative and restocking fee. This is hardly a guarantee at all.

Conclusion

Don’t get sucked into the Acai Berry scam. There is no way you can judge the effectiveness of a diet pill in such a short time and their sneaky autoship program is one of the worst we’ve seen. Avoid the headache of dealing with this company–huge thumbs down for Acai Berry.
