Almased Synergy Diet Review
There are literally dozens of different fasting diets out there, often called “cleanses” or sometimes “detox” regimens. Obviously for those of us wanting to lose weight, simply not eating is easier said than done and there is some debate as to whether significant, healthy weight loss can be attained from such a diet. Often people will lose a significant amount of weight rapidly and then gain it right back. This is often because it’s just water weight. So is Almased just a temporary-use product with temporary results?
Almased Synergy Diet Ingredients
The product is a drink mix meant to be taken with plenty of water on the side.

Almased Synergy Diet Marketing
The Almased company states that “a fast is more than a diet… [it’s] a spiritual experience, the cleansing of mind and body.”
The main benefit that this product plays up is that it will help you on this “spiritual experience” by getting you thinner without sacrificing muscle mass.
Almased Synergy Diet Price
$35 for tend days’ worth. This is about what a decent fat-burner would cost for one month’s supply.
Almased Synergy Diet Guarantee
You may only return unopened products for a refund (less shipping). This isn’t really a “guarantee” of anything.
Almased Synergy Diet Conclusion
As this is not a way to actually lose weight, but simply a product that may keep you healthy as you burn through a fasting diet, it’s not really the most helpful of weight-loss products. We do recommend a similar kind of drink (containing yogurt or protein with fiber) if you’re going to pursue this kind of short term fast, but there’s no reason you should pay $35 for ingredients you could buy yourself at a fraction of the cost. In other words, this product doesn’t really offer a scientifically formulated blend that would merit the price tag.
