    i am taking bfull at the moment but have used them in the past. they really do work, they suppress the appetite very well, i love my food and i comfort eat a lot. the tablets have helped me to curb my appetite and i no longer crave sweet foods, like chocolate biscuits and cakes. i have tried all sorts of slimming pills and none of them have worked for me, so when a friend suggested bfull i was very skepticle and checked to make sure there were no caffein in them and there was not. i have experienced no side effects with them and have lots of energy without the caffein, the one thing you have to remember is to drink lots of water through out the day, i am very happy with the tablets and will probably not chance using other diet pills i have found the one that suits me. i hope this will help your survey.
