Calogel Review

Calogel has two formulas, the AM Formula and the PM Formula. Right off the bat you know they are using gimmicky marketing tactics since there is no difference in the ingredients contained in the two formulas. Calogel PM promises to conveniently make you lose weight while you sleep. There just one problem with this claim: It is not true. The only so-called “active” ingredient in Calogel is collagen. Collagen is NOT an effective weight loss ingredient.

It seems to be a new trend in weight loss supplements to make night-time formulas that they say will make pounds melt away while you sleep (as if you don’t need to exercise or eat right to get fit). It sounds too good to be true, and it is. Such wild claims are not grounded by any scientific research to date.

• Beeswax

Calogel contains just one active ingredient, collagen protein (sometimes referred to as CLA). The benefits of CLA are based more on hype than actual evidence, and currently there is no reason to believe that a collagen based diet pill will actually help you lose weight. The other ingredients in Calogel are basically fillers.

Calogel Price

Calogel diet pills cost $98 for the AM/PM combo pack, which will last you one month. This is an unusually expensive diet pill, especially considering it has no effective ingredients.

Calogel Guarantee

The Calogel website states, “We do not offer returns or guarantees simply because we can not be with each person to make sure it is taken properly and taken each day. We do, however, guarantee that if you don’t take the product, you won’t lose the weight!”

So they won’t guarantee their product, but they suggest it’s only because their customers are too dumb to follow simple instructions. That’s nothing more than a not-so-clever way for them to dodge responsibility, and avoid having to give customers their money back when they discover Calogel doesn’t work. In our opinion, any company that won’t back up their product is not worth buying from.

Conclusion

If anyone has ever lost weight due to taking Calogel, it is very likely due to the instructions to fast for three hours before taking the pill before bedtime. But you can certainly do that anyway without shelling out $100 a month on pills that do not have a single proven weight loss ingredient. Don’t waste your money.
