Cell Trim PM has a great idea since some studies point to a correlation between lack of sleep and weight loss.  The problem with this diet pill is it focuses mainly on sleep ingredients and very weak on weight loss ingredients.  There is no clinical evidence that Cell Trim PM is effective in helping you lose weight and so if you are looking primarily to lose that unwanted weight it may be better to find one that is proven to work.
