So again, there may have been a number of studies that show how chromium (or chromium picolinate) helps in insulin regulation, but this doesn’t necessarily correlate into weight loss.

On the Nutrition 21 website they claim that there are more than 35 published clinical trials about the safety and efficacy of chromium picolinate. However, not one of these studies is made available.
