Dietrine Diet Pill Review
Critic's Top Pick
We're often asked if we ever rate a diet pill positively. The answer is that we do (rarely). Why don't we recommend Dietrine? We're looking for clinically-researched ingredients, at the clinical dosage. There are a few diet pills that have chosen to take this high road, and our favorite is Apidexin. You can read our review or go to the official site.
The Dietrine diet pill wants to help you lose weight by blocking the amount of carbohydrates that your body is able to absorb and store, touting “an exclusive formulation of research-supported botanical ingredients.” But of course, we aren’t going to take this company’s word for it right off the bat. Let’s take a look at the facts.
Ingredients
Chromium-This ingredient plays a key role in the regulation of blood sugar, but don’t be fooled. It can help regulate blood sugar, but this hasn’t been proven to help you lose weight.
Phase 2 Blend-Phaseoulus vulgaris, or Phase 2 Blend, is a “proprietary” designed to help block starch. Studies have shown that phaseoulus vulgaris helps with starch regulation, and is actually backed by a good amount of research. We like Phase 2 but since it’s the really the only good ingredient in the diet pill, we don’t think that it can stand on its own.
Vanadium-A chemical element. Too much vanadium could cause irritation of lungs, throat, eyes and nasal cavities. Oh, and it won’t help you lose weight either.
All natural?
There is a lot of talk about Dietrine’s Phase 2 ingredient. But don’t be confused. That single ingredient may be all natural, but the Dietrine diet pill is definitely not. Vanadium and chromium have not been shown to be effective weight loss ingredients.
Dietrine’s Marketing
Most of Dietrine’s marketing is directed toward luring you in with extra incentives. For example, when you order you are automatically signed up for Dietrine’s online fitness program, get a free weight loss hypnosis CD, and a free e-book. I actually like that they are trying to sell a healthy lifestyle, but no amount of free extras will change the fact that this diet pill won’t help you lose weight.
Another marketing push that these marketers want you to buy in on is their Affiliate Program. Basically, this means that you can pay a free to sell Dietrine to your friends and family. But again, why would you want to sell other people on a diet pill with unproven ingredients? And why would you want to pay this company to do it? Please, spare your friends and yourself–don’t subject them to weight loss disappointment.
I should also mention the clinical studies that are on Dietrine’s website. I feel like these marketers are just trying to wow us with all this clinical study jargon, but when you get down to it, there’s not a lot of substance there. Read the fine print: Dietrine was never the subject of any of these studies mentioned.
Dietrine Price
A one-month supply of Dietrine is $19.95. You can also qualify for price breaks for ordering more.
Dietrine Guarantee
Dietrine does have a 90-day guarantee. However, the problem with their guarantee is that you can only return unopened bottles. So if you order just one bottle, you can’t return it after you’ve tried it and discovered it doesn’t work.
Conclusion
With a pretty weak ingredient profile and a lame guarantee, the Dietrine diet pill is nothing special. Don’t get caught up in their offers and specials, there is nothing in this diet pill that will actually help you reach your weight loss goals.

#2 Lipovox
Lipovox is another diet pill based on the 10 superfoods made famous by Oprah and others. What we like about Lipovox is that it is not just banking on the 10 superfoods, but it also includes green tea (a proven weight loss ingredient) and other good ingredients. It claims to “Burn up to 400% more fat than with just diet and exercise alone!”
If you are interested in getting a more natural diet pill and one that uses the 10 superfoods, than Lipovox may be the solution for you. The ingredient profile strong compared to other superfood-based pills. The price is great and you can’t go wrong with their lifetime guarantee. We say give Lipovox a try. Two thumbs up!
