ErgoGenix ErgoBurn Review
What is ErgoGenix ErgoBurn?
Because there are so many weight loss supplements, its hard to differentiate between the run-of-the-mill products that promise amazing results but fall short and the products that are going to help you lose some serious weight. What makes a product truly amazing is when it can fulfill promises without any side effects. Because a lot of the most effective ingredients used in weight loss products also contain nasty side effects, its pretty hard to eliminate them. ErgoGenix ErgoBurn claims to either be a pre-workout boost or a supplement that will suppress appetite and curb cravings, all without the hassle of unwanted side effects. So how does this product hold up when we look at what they have put into it?
What’s in it?
One of the most effective ingredients that can be used in dietary supplements is caffeine. Not only will this give you energy to follow through with your workout routine but it will also boost metabolism and often suppress appetite. The downside is the side effects that come with it. One will often experience the jitters, elevated heart rate, high blood pressure, a crash later on, headaches, or nausea. ErgoGenix ErgoBurn has included caffeine anhydrous, which is just the dehydrated form of caffeine that comes with all the aforementioned side effects. Caffeine anhydrous and green coffee bean extract are both ingredients that contain caffeine and will cause adverse effects. So how could ErgoGenix ErgoBurn claim to have made a product without the jitters or a crash later on when they have included both these ingredients?Caffeine is only effective in a weight loss supplement when at least 400 mg is used, and ErgoBurn only contains 160mg. So they may have taken out the side effects, but they have also essentially taken out the benefits.
Evodiamine, Zingerone, and Raspberry Ketone may increase energy levels and therefore boost metabolism and burn fat, but that is with diet and exercise. Alone these ingredients won’t have as much of an effect. Kaempferol increases muscle cell oxygen consumption and has also been known to increase metabolic rate as well as burn fat. Fursultiamine is meant toenhance exercise performance and reduce muscle fatigue.
Is ErgoGenix ErgoBurn safe?
This appears to be a potent blend of ingredients and one should consult a physician before use. There may be some slight side effects and those sensitive to caffeine should especially use caution.
Is it worth buying?
This product appears to be a goodproduct to take if you are looking for a pre-workout supplement. This will most likely help with muscle fatigue and increase energy levels. As far as a weight loss supplement goes, this product might be worth skipping. The lack of the proper amounts of caffeine show that they were looking to reduce side effects more than create a product that works. There may be asmall boost in metabolism and you might feel the need to eat decrease slightly but for the most part this product is perfect for someone who is already in shape that just need a pre-workout boost.
