HCG Fusion HF-30 does not use actual HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin). Instead they use amino acids and other ingredients that are designed to stimulate the natural production of HCG within the body.

This hormone is generally released during pregnancy and is used to mobilize fat stores. It is for the latter reason that HCG Fusion HF-30 is said to be effective for weight loss.

They advertise that as you put your body in a starvation state HCG Fusion HF-30 will ensure that fat is used for energy so you can quickly reach your goal weight.

Many people do lose a lot of weight with HCG Fusion HF-30. Unfortunately, this weight loss is rarely permanent. Anyone who cuts their calorie intake to 500 calories a day will lose weight. But a lot of the time this weight loss is due to losing muscle and water instead of fat. Even though HCG Fusion HF-30 claims to cause fat loss, that is questionable.

The formula is administered in drops. These drops contain L arginine, acetyl l carnitine, l ornathine, l lysine, chaste tree berry, dong quai root, wild yam root, green tea, yerba mate, and black cohosh root. Although several of these ingredients are effective, the whole formula is suspended in water so it’s difficult to tell how much of the active ingredients will be delivered.

HCG Fusion sells several products. Each is advertised as a fast way to lose weight.  They make big claims about what their products can do but clinical research does not back up the use of formulas like HCG Fusion HF-30 for long term results.

Although they mention a guarantee it is rather disappointing. It is good for 30 days but only if the product is unused. This does not give you any time to try it out and see if it actually works. You have to risk your money on something even the company will not back up.

I have never been  a fan of HCG diets. There are a lot of people that have lost weight but most of the reviews you can read only show people who have used it for less than a month so the long term results are questionable. Eating so few calories is not a safe way to lose weight and it is not sustainable.

That being said, HCG Fusion HF-30 is not a bad HCG option. It is easy to use and contains several ingredients that actually could make a difference.  Just use caution and be sure to consult with your doctor to see if it is a viable option.
