Herbal Clean The Fixx Review
Herbal Clean offers a little diet supplement by the name of “The Fixx“, which is an alternative to real diet pills. That is to say, it is not a fat burning formula and doesn’t really have an effective approach to cleansing-induced weight loss. We are so bold as to say this because when considering a product that amounts to just 2 ounces of fluid, there isn’t much it could do unless it contained an illegal drug…which this does not apparently contain (thank goodness).
The Fixx Ingredients
Aside from a relatively unique blend of sugar alcohol (18 g), Sodium benzoate (12 mg), Potassium sorbate (20 mg), and Riboflavin (300 mcg), this little bottle has one primary blend:
Proprietary blend – 537 mg –
- Licorice root
- Dandelion root
- Turmeric
- Guarana
- Uva ursi leaf
- Creatine monohydrate
- Juniper berry
- Ligustrum berry
- Apple pectin
- Cornsilk
- Alfalfa leaf
- Wheat Grass
At about a half gram and without any specific concentration listing, the only conclusion we can draw is that this product should make you urinate more frequently – most of the ingredients are diuretics. It isn’t a terrible formula, just pretty weak and one-dimensional at this dosage.
The Fixx Marketing
The Fixx is marketed with predictably vague and hyperbolic claims like “[The Fixx] acts as a potent and deep cleansing formula; one that you can rely on! It is important to eliminate toxins safely and with peace of mind.” The marketing doesn’t really explain in detail how it could possibly help.
The Fixx Price
The company prices the 2 ounce bottle at $20, though for some reason GNC charges as much as $45 for it.
The Fixx Guarantee
“Where other brands only offer product exchange, Herbal Clean offers a full money back guarantee.” Though it is actually more common to find money-back guarantees than exchanges, Herbal Clean does offer a guarantee on this product. The thing they don’t mention out front is that it takes about three months to “process” your refund request and you don’t get back shipping costs.
The Fixx Conclusion
This is a pretty pricey product considering it only offers one dose. There is no scientific evidence behind the company’s claims that it will effectively help you. If anything, you can rely on the vast pool of studies that have shown that there really is no quick “fixx” for cleansing or weight loss out there.
