Herbathin claims that “Inside Herbathinâ„¢ you will find the most powerful natural ingredients for weight-loss in the world. Each of these ingredients has proven to be effective individually, now imagine what more than 20 of them can do together, ideally combined into ONE AMAZING PRODUCT!!!”

Plainly put, Herbathin tops the cake for worthless diet pills that use ridiculous sales tactics and insanely unsupported claims. It’s main sales pitch is that it is an appetite suppressant, letting “you eat what you want when you want it.” This Herbathin review will expose it for what it is, another diet pill that provides you with a sales pitch, but no proven ingredients to help you lose weight.

Herbathin Ingredients

• Hoodia Gordonii
• Buckthorn Bark
• Chromium Picolinate
• Garcinia Cambogia
• Juniper Berry
• Uva Ursi
• Goldenrod Flower Extract
• Citrus Aureantum (it’s actually spelled “Aurantium”)
• Horse Chestnut Extract
• Senna Leaf Extract
• “plus prune, fiber and over 20 natural appetite suppressants and weight loss ingredients” (hmm…one might ask what they actually are.)

Ingredient Update: The FDA has issued a warning against Hydroxycut-branded products for possibly causing health problems related with the liver. While the FDA has not confirmed it, some believe that the ingredient behind the problems is Hyrdoxycitric Acid, or HCA. HCA is found in Garcinia Cambogia. So until more definitive research is done, we are no longer recommending any products that contain the ingredient Hyrdoxycitric Acid. Hoodia Gardonii – People (at least the sellers of hoodia) claim that it aids in appetite supression. Yet despite the insane amount of publicity that it is currently receiving, it has absolutely no documented clinical research backing it up. Sure, you can find a plethora of website “quoting” research and results of studies but not one of these actually cites its source nor refers to the actual study. As if simply putting quotation marks around a lie somehow magically adds legitimacy. Unfortunately, there are a lot of people out there who fall for that exact tactic. Hoodia is a fad. A fad that is making their wallets alot heavier and not making you any lighter.

Chromium - The jury is still out when it comes to chromium’s effectiveness in weight loss. It is, however important to your overall health.

The rest of the ingredients are basically just slapped on the label to make it appear as though it has a ton of fancy natural ingredients. The vast majority of these, however, have virtually no clinical research that backs them up.

As as for the other “20″ ingredients. The ones actually listed on their website haven’t been shown to be effective. So if these “other” ingredients are actually appetite suppressants, I’d think I’d list those above the others. The likely case, however, is that the other ingredients are just as bad, and probably even worse. I wouldn’t list them if I were them either I guess.

*It’s also important to note that some Brazilian diet pill companies (Herbathin included) have reportedly included prescription ingredients in their diet pills. This is extremely dangerous for obvious reasons.

Herbathin’s Marketing

Their website is poorly done with even worse content to boot. Here’s one of my favorites: “Plus. Our ingredients do wonders for CONSTIPATION.” Wow this is a wonder pill. They provide almost zero information about the ingredients they include, and the little information that they do provide is extremely biased and unsupported by research.

Herbathin’s Price

The price isn’t listed on the website clearly, but when I went to the shopping cart to buy the product, my total was listed at $169.49 with shipping and handling. The item said “Herbathin Special 2 Set for $149 – Summer Special” so I’m assuming that is for 2 bottles. Way to much for this unproven, hyped up, and dangerous diet pill. In fact, that’s one of the most comical prices I’ve seen in a while.

Herbathin’s Guarantee

The only references to a guarantee on their website is “and it is money back guaranteed!!!” and “We offer a money back guarantee, of course, and we usually ship the product in 48 hours.” That’s it, there are no other details whatsoever. Nor is there any contact info. Translation: there is no guarantee.

Conclusion

Avoid Herbathin like the chickenpox! It’s ingredient profile (that they disclosed) is worthless and their undisclosed ingredient profile is downright scary (again, see the FDA Warning linked above). The price is unheard of and you can be assured that you’re never getting your money back if you ever tried. Again, avoid Herbathin at all costs.
