7-Keto - The jury is still concerning 7-Keto’s effectiveness in weight loss.  Some warn of side affects such as heart palpitations.

Aloe vera, MSM, and Hyaluronic Acid are included to try to help your skin, but they will do nothing to help you lose weight.

The only really good ingredient in Hooderma is Green Tea.  Unfortunately they don’t disclose the amounts of each ingredient in order to for us to determine whether or not it is enough to have an affect.  It is highly unlikely that it is the correct, proven amount.  The rest of the ingredients aren’t likely to do much at all.
