For all intents and purposes, it is a caffeine pill with a few vitamins and weak herbal remedies for random conditions thrown in. This is not to say that all the other ingredients are bad, but beyond the 200 mg of caffeine you can’t be getting an effective dose of all of them. We don’t recommend risking any money on HydroxyCut’s excuse for a safer diet product.
