Hyper Hoodia Diet Pill Review

Hyper Hoodia is yet another diet pill riding the all too popular hoodia fad.  Unlike many other hoodia-based diet pills, however, Hyper Hoodia tops the cake for ultimate rip offs!  They claim that “Hyper Hoodia is the extremely aggressive diet pill for those desperately looking for radical weight loss. No other formula is this strong. No other formula is this extreme. No other formula can make you lose weight this fast. WARNING: You will feel the effects immediately and is not for the timid. You’ve got to ask yourself: How badly do I really want to lose the weight?!! ” Wow, if thats doesn’t sound like a bunch of hype, I don’t know what does.

It get better though.  This Hyper Hoodia review will give you a deeper look into their product and marketing tactics so you can see for yourself.

Ingredients

Since they provide absolutely no information about what the ingredients even are on their websit, we can’t detail the rest.  We obviously assume that it contains hoodia.  Hoodia is a worthless weight loss ingredient that has become very popular as of late.  That popularity, however, is not backed by any amount of legitimate clinical studies whatsoever.  Hoodia will not cause you to lose weight.

On their website they claim that “This could be the most technologically advanced supplement ever.”  Well, judging from the rest of their shady marketing, I’m guessing that there’s not many, if any, other ingredients in the pill.  If there were, and they were proven ingredients, don’t you think that they would be focusing on those ingredients?  But rather, they don’t even list them!  Sounds pretty sketchy to me.

Hyper Hoodia’s Marketing

Ok, where to start?  For starters, their website is cheap and full of completely hyped up sales pitches.  For example:  “Hyper Hoodia is the most powerful weight loss supplement available without a prescription.”  Assuming hoodia is its main and probably only ingredient, it is neither powerful nor anything close to presecription strength.  Oh and here’s a good one: “It’s so powerful that we’re warning all customers that this product should only be taken by those looking to lose 15 pounds or more…”  Please, give me a break.  I sure hope that weak tactic doesn’t work on anyone.

They also use other common marketing tactics such as posting thumbnails of TV shows and imply that their products has been featured on them.  They haven’t.  Hoodia may have been (again, popularity and hype does not equal an effective ingredient), but Hyper Hooda certainly hasn’t been on any such show.

Free Trial Offer - AKA: The Autoship Program - Here’s where it gets bad.  They don’t list their price out in the open, nor do they give you an option to simply buy a bottle.  They offer a “free trial.” Sounds fishy already right?  Well, in extremely small letters at the bottom of the page you can find their Terms and Conditions.  Those terms basically say the following:  By clicking order you pay $5.49 for shipping for a 10 day free trial.  You are also automatically enrolled in their “Weight-Loss Maintenance Program” where you will automatically be shipped a 30 day supply of the pills every month and be charged (on your credit card) $69.45 each time they do!  You have only 14 days to call and cancel the “program” before they start shipping and charging.  And I haven’t tried, but you can bet that it’s not going to be an easy phone call to cancel.

I hate to vent here, but this is absolutely rediculous.  It’s nothing short of a complete scam.  The product won’t work, the price is insanely high for what you’re getting, and they trick you into having them automatically take money out of your account.  I’m sure the vast majority of the people wont even even read the Terms and Conditions and find their trickery (especially since it is so well hidden).  I guess I just don’t like companies ripping off consumers.

Hyper Hoodia’s Price

If you dig enough you’ll find that it’s $62.50 (plus $6.95 shipping) for one bottle, a 30 day supply.  This is very high for a pill that likely only contains  hoodia.  Again, see the note above about their shady autoship program.

Hyper Hoodia’s Guarantee

While their website says “Satisfaction Guarantee,” I found no information about a formal return policy.  The Terms and Conditions states that you can cancel the autoship program, but that’s it.

Conclusion

Just reading their website gives makes me feel as though I’ve been ripped off.  The product isn’t likely to help you lose weight at all (They don’t list their ingredients which is not a good sign.  We assume it mostly contains hoodia.)  The price is insane and the don’t have a guarantee.  But the biggest problem with Hyper Hoodia is their shady marketing tactics and rip off techniques. The sneaky autoship program is sure to burn anyone who accidentally orders their free trial.  Simply put: run from this company and their diet pill.
