While there may be something to CLA in our bodies and weight it does not seem to be the magical cure to weight loss.  There is just not enough evidence that CLA supplements really help in you lose weight.  They say it “may” help.  I like the word may.  No promises just wishes!!  Stick to something you know will work.  There are great diet pills on the market that will give you back that body you lost.
