According to the LipoFlush diet pill website, “LipoFlush is a research-driven, synergistic blend of natural ingredients designed to dramatically decrease body fat, increase energy levels, preserve skeletal muscle, and provide major health benefits.” That sounds like a tall order; so first, let’s take a look at what these ingredients will do.

Ingredients

Ingredient Update: The FDA has issued a warning against Hydroxycut-branded products for possibly causing health problems related with the liver. While the FDA has not confirmed it, some believe that the ingredient behind the problems is Hyrdoxycitric Acid, or HCA. HCA is found in Garcinia Cambogia. So until more definitive research is done, we are no longer recommending any products that contain the ingredient Hyrdoxycitric Acid. Caffeine, Green Tea Extract, Guarana Extract-Common stimulants that will help boost your energy levels and may also help raise your metabolism when combined with other good diet pill ingredients.

Chromium-Helps regulate blood sugar levels, and may or may not help with weight loss; more research is needed.

Alpha Lipoic Acid-Also known as ALA, this ingredient is found in spinach, potatoes, broccoli and few other natural foods. It is an anti-oxidant that has previously been used for a number of reasons, one being to help with patients’ diabetes.

Ginger-Believed to help with nausea, arthritis, and heart disease. Asian cultures have also used it for years to help with digestion, but don’t count on this ingredient to help you lose weight.

Helpful vitamins and minerals, but few weight loss benefits

Basically, the only ingredients in LipoFlush that have been proven to have any affect on weight loss are the stimulants. The problem is that these stimulants work best when combined with other good weight loss ingredients, which unfortunately LipoFlush doesn’t have. There is nothing in this diet pill that is going to be harmful to your body (there are quite a few good vitamins and minerals), but beyond giving you some good vitamins and an energy boost, it doesn’t look like LipoFlush will do much for you.

LipoFlush’s Marketing

Much of this company’s marketing lies in the reputation of Dr. Di Pasquale, a licensed physician in Ontario, Canada, who focuses on sports medicine and nutrition. It is supposedly Dr. Pasquale who is addressing potential customers on the LipoFlush website. Under the section called “The Proof,” Dr. Pasquale says this:

“Since LipoFlush is a brand new product and nothing like it has ever been on the market, I haven’t had the opportunity to do any formal studies on its effectiveness so I don’t have any proof of its effectiveness.”

That right there should be a huge red flag, but these marketers are trying a different spin to sell us this product. Apparently Dr. Pasquale has tested LipoFlush on two groups of a half a dozen people. So basically, he is saying he’s tested this product on a whopping twelve people! This to me means nothing. Good research would be a study conducted by an unbiased third party, not a study of twelve people conducted by the doctor who is trying to make money off of selling this product.

There’s no guarantee mentioned on the LipoFlush website. So basically, to try this diet pill you will be forking out $70 without any guarantee that it will work.

Conclusion

At first glance, LipoFlush appears to have some good things going for it. But when you look closer at the ingredients, price, and lack of any guarantee, you realize that this is that same of thing we’ve seen before. This is just some doctor who has barely tested a product who is trying to convince you to shell out your hard earned money. My advice: Save your money for a product with proven ingredients and a good guarantee. Thumbs down for LipoFlush!
