Guggulsterones-Most diet pill companies include guggulsterones while touting its claimed fat buring capabilities. It is believed that guggelsterones help in thyroid stimulation, hence helping your metabolism. A higher metabolism translates into more burned fat.

BioPerine-Designed to be a “thermonutrient,” BioPerine is a patented ingredient that is probably a good addition to other effective diet pill ingredients. It has been shown to aid in the absorption of nutrients.

Green Tea-An effective ingredient that will help boost your mood and your metabolism. It has been shown in numerous clinical studies to be an effective fat burner.

Synephrine-Synephrine is likely to be an effective weight loss ingredient in a weight loss pill. Many believe that it doesn’t have same side effects as other stimulants such as caffeine.

7-oxo-DHEA – A generic form of the patented ingredient 7-Keto, 7-0×0-DHEA is an ingredient that has a lot of potential for weight loss.

Phenylethylamine-Phenylethylamine’s claims to aid in weight loss are to date still up in the air. More research is needed to be difinitive.

Ginger-Ginger is believed to help with nausea, arthritis, and heart disease. Asian cultures have also used it for years to help with digestion.

Overall, I’m pretty impressed with the ingredients that Lipofuze contains. Most of the ingredients are backed by a considerable amout in real, clinical research. It’s not very often that we see a company include the number of high quality, proven ingredients like Lipofuze has done. And while I wish I knew the amounts of each ingredient, it looks to me that this may be a pretty effective diet pill.

Most of the marketing effort for Lipofuze goes into explaining what each ingredient in this diet pill is supposed to do. This is actually a refreshing aproach since most diet pill websites suplly very little information about the ingredients and a whole lot more a sales pitch.

Conclusion

Lipofuze has a pretty good looking list of ingredients. If I had the amounts of the ingredients I’d probably put it near the top of my recommended list. As it is, I still give it a positive review. If the amounts are high enough, it’s likely to be very effective at helping you lose weight. In addition, the guarantee is the best in the industry.

    I have been taking Lipofuze for 7 days and have not lost anything. I was hoping so bad that I would lose as much weight as the information told me on Lipofuze.com. I am currently disappointed.     Well, bought this stuff a month ago. My weight loss (with no pills) stalled for a while so I used it to get “over the hump”. During the first week I gained weight, it took the next 3 weeks to lose the same weight! It did not make me lose 10 lbs in 7 days nor did it make me lose any weight other than the few pounds I gained the first few days on it and I doubt it was the pills doing it. For those who might think I depended on it to do all the work; I eat right and work out regularly so that isn’t the problem. Granted, muscle weighs more than fat but shouldn’t I have lost something during the month I’ve been on it? This product is not worth the money spent. Please don’t waste yours. As for those who still try it anyways, (1) the side effects were not bad for me (2) Amazon.com is cheaper than other sites. Just remember to eat something 15min or so after taking the pill or you will have an empty/queezy feeling until you do. Looking back at the ingredients, they are good but I should have known that so much in one pill is probably not enough of each to do anything even taking 2 pills a day. The biggest additive is whatever gives the “caffeine” boost. I could have downed a blue mountain dew for that! So bottom line, try if you like, maybe you will have better luck than I did, but don’t be surprised if nothing happens! I’m done with pills! Sticking to the old fashioned way. Good Luck!!

    i am using lipofuze currently. i had started using it a month a ago with the detox but it did not work. i guess i was not on the best diet then. i actually got pretty sick and i stopped. a month later i started using them again . i have no side effects but the “loose 10 pounds in 7 days” is a gimic to draw you in . i have been on it for a week now and there has been no weight loss .it seems like most reviews agree with this statement. its just an advertisement campaign. lets see if in two weeks i can see a change , if not i might reconsider…

    I have used Lipofuze for 7 Days now. With running for 4 days and watching what i eat i figured i would lose a few pounds. Nope I lost maybe one pound. Waste of money

    Love it. It’s not a miracle pill, and you need to watch the diet and workout some. I have been on it for a month and lost 15lbs. Losing weight fast is not healthy for the body.

    A lot of you that are using it for one week and saying, wtf nothing happened? Need to remember that if you’re exercising, you’re replacing your body fat with muscle, so you could see barely any weight loss or even added weight even though you may be losing fat.

    I had bought the whole value pack. The first time I tried it I felt so sick and dizzy and jittery. So I stopped…a couple months later I started it up again but now i only take one pill a day instead of two. I work out 2 times a week and I am on a low cholesterol diet. I can feel it working. I don’t care about WEIGHT loss, I care about FAT loss. Bottom line, if you can handle about half hour of jitters and dizziness then take it because it does provide results.

    I saw no changes with Lipozene in the least. Just a burning sensation

    I just took this for the first time today. I feel real weird and keep burping it up and it has a weird taste.like a chemical. I think I will be returning although I just read people are having no luck getting their money back from this company…GREAT!
