Metabo-Drene Diet Review
The very first thing that the Metabo-Drene Diet says to us is that Metabo-Drene Diet is “ma huang free.” To us, that means that the Metabo-Drene Diet is a weight loss supplement. Call us crazy, but everything we know tells us that ma huang is one of the most dangerous AND the most effective weight loss supplements, period.
However, the description of the Metabo-Drene Diet tells no story at all. The Metabo-Drene Diet does not offer bullet points, key ingredients, or key benefits. Instead, makers provide a full list of ingredients, instructions on how to take the Metabo-Drene Diet, and a list of possible risks and complications. This crazy scheme could actually be just what we’re looking for.
What the Ingredients Tell Us
By eliminating all of the advertising, we are left with the facts and the ingredients. Truthfully, the Metabo-Drene Diet has one strong weight loss ingredient that really stands out. We have seen garcinia cambogia pop up over and over again, and each time, studies prove that this is a fat burner. In addition, garcinia cambogia is completely stimulant-free.
You would have to have at least 1500mg of this one ingredient to get any fat burning, but there are products that have that dose. The Metabo-Drene Diet is just not one of those products. Right now, the Metabo-Drene Diet only uses a mere 500mg of garcinia cambogia.
The other ingredients in the Metabo-Drene Diet formula have their uses. Guarana increases energy, chromium regulates blood sugar, etc. However, these ingredients do not have any known weight loss benefits.
Is the Metabo-Drene Diet Formula Safe?
The Metabo-Drene Diet website gives us the standard set of warnings. Don’t take this product if you are pregnant or nursing, avoid this product if you have certain medical conditions, etc. However, we wouldn’t be too worried. The Metabo-Drene Diet does not have caffeine, yohimbine, or any other ingredients that present a clear and present danger to most dieters.
Is There a Money Back Guarantee?
The Metabo-Drene Diet uses a grand total of one clinically proven ingredient in the whole blend. Garcinia cambogia is great, don’t get us wrong, but only if the product in question has at least 1500mg. The Metabo-Drene Diet has just 1/3 of that dose. We cannot put enough stress on the importance of actually matching the studies.
We do believe that the ingredients found in the Metabo-Drene Diet can be healthy. Even l-carnitine, which has never been specifically proven to do anything, might be a useful nutrient. We just don’t see the Metabo-Drene Diet as a weight loss supplement.
