Guggulsterones - Guggulsterones help in the thyroid function. The belief is that they directly increase in your metabolism. Unfortunately, studies are seriously lacking results.
Garcinia Cambogia – Contains HCA which is an appetite suppressant that has been supported by a number of studies. This is a good ingredient to accompany other proven ingredients, it is not a secret to weight loss.
Ingredient Update: The FDA has issued a warning against Hydroxycut-branded products for possibly causing health problems related with the liver.
