Miracle Garcinia Cambogia Review
Withholding food and watching your weight on the scale don’t give dieting a reputation for being fun. But most diet pills promise only weight loss, overlooking the need for mood enhancement.
Enter Miracle Garcinia Cambogia. This diet pill needs only one active ingredient to induce weight loss and boost mood simultaneously.
Interested to find out what makes Miracle Garcinia Cambogia a doubly effective diet pill, I examined this product from every angle. Here’s what I found out.
Miracle Garcinia Cambogia’s Claims
Miracle Garcinia Cambogia makes several claims. I’ve compiled a list of the most important.
• Aid in the prevention of fat production
• Suppress appetite
• Increase serotonin levels
• Help emotional eaters fight cravings
This list doesn’t do much to distinguish Miracle Garcinia Cambogia from other diet pills. Most diet pills promise to block fat formation and suppress appetite.
It seems like boosting serotonin to enhance mood is the main claim that sets Miracle Garcinia Cambogia apart from its competition. But I’m still not sure how well Miracle Garcinia Cambogia fulfills these claims.
Miracle Garcinia Cambogia’s Ingredients
No matter what Miracle Garcinia Cambogia claims, it has to fulfill its promises with only one ingredient: garcinia cambogia. Scientists and diet pill makers agree that the component of garcinia cambogia most likely to induce weight loss is hydroxycitric acid.
Also known as HCA, hydroxycitric acid is often credited with many positive effects. HCA might block an enzyme needed to synthesize fat and cholesterol. HCA could encourage carbohydrates to become glycogen rather than fat. HCA might also increase serotonin production, a hormone linked to mood.
However, most of the scientific tests of HCA which resulted in weight loss were done on rats, not humans. Participants in a recent human trial lost weight with HCA, but their daily dose was close to 5000 mg.
What about HCA and serotonin? I located one study linking a specific type of HCA with boosting serotonin production. But again, this study used rats and hasn’t been repeated in humans.
Miracle Garcinia Cambogia’s Customer Feedback
Without much scientific evidence to support it, Miracle Garcinia Cambogia needs great product reviews to earn consumer confidence.
The product’s main website, MiracleGarciniaCambogia.com, doesn’t have any customer testimonials. But I did find about three dozen on two other websites. Every single one of these reviews has something positive to say about Miracle Garcinia Cambogia.
Unfortunately, all the online comments about Miracle Garcinia Cambogia don’t appear to be genuine. Both of the websites with these entirely positive reviews use the exact same marketing images as MiracleGarciniaCambogia.com. They even link back to MiracleGarciniaCambogia.com when I clicked to find more information. This makes me believe these websites are closely affiliated with the official website.
Miracle Garcinia Cambogia’s Price
In fact, nearly every other webpage I found discussing Miracle Garcinia Cambogia links directly back to MiracleGarciniaCambogia.com. This appears to be the only place to buy this diet pill.
Since Miracle Garcinia Cambogia isn’t available from multiple retailers, its prices are not very competitive. A one-bottle, one-month supply of this diet pill costs $48. A two-month supply costs $98 and a three-month supply is $148.
Orders of two or more bottles come with additional bottles for free. But really, these “free” bottles just lower the cost per bottle. And if a diet pill doesn’t work, is it really worth paying more money to get some for “free”? I don’t think so.
Miracle Garcinia Cambogia’s Directions
In case you’re interested, Miracle Garcinia Cambogia recommends taking 500 to 1000 mg of the product before each meal. It’s not clear from the website if it’s safe to take Miracle Garcinia Cambogia with all three meals, or if it should be used only once or twice per day. I’m not even sure what the dosage of each capsule is.
The lack of information about how to use Miracle Garcinia Cambogia further disintegrates my trust in this product.
Overall, I find nothing in Miracle Garcinia Cambogia that allows me to recommend it as a diet pill. Limited scientific evidence, questionable consumer reviews, and lack of clear usage instructions make this garcinia cambogia diet pill anything but a miracle.
