It is sold through a site called sueshealthcenter.com. Don’t be too fooled, there’s not much difference between this “healthcenter” and many other diet pill touting websites on the market. This review will focus on the ingredients of Nueslim-19 to see whether or not it is likely to do all that the site claims it will.

Ingredients

Chromium - It has been shown to help with blood sugar regulation. Studies have not yet shown that this causes weight loss.

Calcium Pyruvate – While some studies have shown its ability to increase the metabolic rate, the amounts included in Nueslim-19 are WAY below the amount used in the studies.

Ginseng - Despite some of the attention that ginseng has shown as of late, it has not been shown to aid in weight loss.

L-Phenylalanine - Has been shown to be an effective appetite suppressant. Thumbs up for L-Phenylalanine (when used in the right amounts).

L-Tyrosine – Has shown to help synthesize protiens and help cause weight loss. The amount shown in studies to help, however, was in the 500 mg to 1,500 mg per day range (which is much more than Nueslim-19 is offering). *Note: Do not consume more of the product in order to try to get the amount proven in studies, this could be very dangerous with any diet pill.

Nueslim-19′s Marketing

Their website isn’t much different from other diet pills’. They use a ton of testimonials and quite a few before and after photos. But here’s the thing: I only found the word “Nueslim” on their website one time (besides in the pictures of the bottles). Now, I don’t know if this proves anything, but it does seem a little strang to only have the product name appear once on a site that seems to go on forever (not even in any of the testimonials). I’m just a little skeptical.

$15.95 + $6 shipping. This is a very cheap diet pill, but looking at the amounts of the ingredients, it doesn’t appear that it’s going to do much for you.

Conclusion

The price is dirt cheap and the guarantee is good. BUT, the ingredients do the talking here and while they do include a couple of good ingredients, the amounts of those ingredients simply aren’t up to par with the amounts that science says will work. Bottom line, Nueslim-19 likely isn’t going to do much to help you lose weight. Look eslewhere.
