If you are looking for just a good diet pill this may not be your answer.  It is not a simple regimen and very confusing to most of us.  You have to take it a specific way, at a specific time and and a specific pill each night.  Then you have to not take it for one day a week and not take it one week after taking it for a month.  Sound crazy or what?  Just give me a pill I can take to help me lose weight.  Besides these ingredients in these formulas are not great ones for losing weight.  There are definitely better diet pills on the market!!
