Phentarmine Review
Phentermine and Phentarmine. What do all these diet pills have in common? Very little actually.
Phentermine is a popular diet drug prescribed to people who are overweight or obese. Phentarmine, on the other hand, was given this name to take advantage of the fact that people might not know how to spell Phentermine.
Phentarmine is not a diet drug. It’s a diet pill which is supposed to help people lose weight faster than they would with just diet and exercise.
Will Phentarmine be as effective and safe as Abidexin? Should you try it? Let’s find out.
Phentarmine Ingredients
Hoodia Extract, despite what numerous diet pill companies claim, has NOT been scientifically proven to suppress appetite, increase energy, and promote weight loss.
Guarana Extract contains caffeine, which has been proven to burn fat and increase energy. Guarana may help you lose some weight, but it’s not the most effective substance.
Green tea contains caffeine and Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), which is a potent antioxidant. According to research, EGCG and caffeine work together to stimulate the body to burn fat faster. The caffeine in green tea can also increase energy and reduce cravings.
Citrus Aurantium contains Synephrine, which has been proven to increase metabolism and reduce appetite. Like caffeine, it’s a stimulant.
Garcinia Cambogia contains HCl, which may help contribute to weight loss.
Ingredient Update: The FDA has issued a warning against Hydroxycut-branded products for possibly causing health problems related with the liver. While the FDA has not confirmed it, some believe that the ingredient behind the problems is Hydroxycitric Acid, or HCA. HCA is found in Garcinia Cambogia. So until more definitive research is done, we are no longer recommending any products that contain the ingredient Hydroxycitric Acid.
Cayenne has a component which may help boost metabolism, but studies show that you need a large amount to get minimal results.
Gymnema Sylvestre has been shown to help control blood sugar levels. This could help reduce cravings and make it easier for you to follow a diet.
Ginseng has contributed to weight loss in mice, but more research needs to be done to determine if it’s effective for humans.
What Amounts Are in Phentarmine?
I actually have no way to see what amounts are used in Phentarmine. The manufacturer has combined all the ingredients into a proprietary blend, which hides individual doses. And I don’t even know what the total of the proprietary blend is.
For each ingredient in Phentarmine to be effective, a specific dose needs to be used. Abidexin is a great example of this because it has 7 clinically proven ingredients in the recommended doses.
If the proven doses aren’t used in Phentarmine–and I can’t confirm that they are–this diet pill may not increase metabolism, boost energy, or reduce appetite.
Will Phentarmine Cause Side Effects?
Phentarmine has several stimulants, which might cause side effects if they’re used in large amounts. Then again, if they’re not used in large amounts, they won’t be as effective.
Based on my research, I think potential side effects could be jitteriness, increased heart rate, anxiety, restlessness, and stomach upset. I also read reports of dry mouth and heart tremors in customer reviews.
How to Use Phentarmine
Because I don’t know what doses are in each Phentarmine capsule, I’m not sure what would be the best amount for users to take. The manufacturer recommends taking 1-2 capsules before breakfast and 1-2 more before lunch.
Since Phentarmine does have stimulants, you shouldn’t take it after 4 PM or it could interfere with sleep.
Phentarmine is advertised as an appetite-suppressant, so you’ll get the best results from it by combining it with a healthy, low-calorie diet. I also recommend exercising to keep your muscles strong — dieting makes muscles more prone to catabolism.
Is Phentarmine Affordable?
Phentarmine just might be the most expensive diet pill I’ve come across. One bottle (a 30-day supply) costs $89.95! That’s almost twice as much as you’d have to pay for Abidexin–a top-rated diet pill.
I couldn’t find authentic Phentarmine on popular sites like eBay.com or Amazon.com. Instead, you have to get it from sites like www.cheap-phentarmine.com or www.phenxpress.com. The first site declares “100% Quality Satisfaction Guaranteed”, but I couldn’t find any details about this guarantee. The site’s Terms & Conditions specifically states that the product is not guaranteed to work or be safe.
Should You Try Phentarmine?
If you want a good diet pill, I don’t recommend Phentarmine because I don’t have enough information to know if it’s safe and effective. I couldn’t find more than a handful of customer reviews, which weren’t very positive. Phentarmine doesn’t come guaranteed and it’s greatly overpriced.
I do recommend Abidexin because it has safe, effective ingredients and receives hundreds of positive ratings. You can learn more on Abidexin.com.
If you’ve used Phentarmine, please tell me what you think of it. Did it work for you? Did you have any problems?
