Phenterpril Review
The Phenterpril diet pill touts itself as the non-prescription alternative to Phentermine. So the first question I asked myself was “What is the world is Phentermine?” It turns out that Phentermine is an actual prescription drug that doctors prescribe to their obese patients, along with diet change and exercise. But as far as I can tell, this prescription is only given to patients whose weight is putting them at medical risk–definitely not for people who just want to lose a few pounds.
The next question I asked was “If Phenterpril is the non-prescription alternative to Phentermine, then their ingredients should be at least somewhat similar, right?” I found out that the only active ingredients in Phentermine are phentermine hydrochloride and fenfluramine. Compare those active ingredients to the list of ingredients in Phenterpril:
Ingredients
- Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) 37.5 mg.
- Caffeine Anhydrous 37.5 mg.
- Dicaffeine Malate 37.5 mg.
- Phenylethylamine 37.5 mg.
- Synephrine HCL 37.5 mg.
- L-Phenylalanine 37.5 mg.
- Evodia Rutaecarpa 37.5 mg.
- Acetyl-L-Tyrosine 37.5 mg.
- Guggulsterones 37.5 mg.
- Ginger 37.5 mg.
- Raspberry Ketones 37.5 mg.
Vitamin B6 – Vitamin B6 may help your body convert carbs into sugars to be burned for energy. Phenterpril contains 1875% of your recommended daily amount of this vitamin.
Caffeine Anhydrous – This is dehydrated caffeine. Caffeine is an effective stimulant that has been shown to aid in weight loss. Caution should be taken when using such stimulants as some may get jitters, etc.
Dicaffeine Malate – A combination of caffeine and maltic acid.
Phenylethylamine - This is an alkaloid that works as a neurotransmitter in the brain and may help increase your levels of dopamine. It is unlikely that this will lead to weight loss.
Synephrine HCL – A stimulant that is found in some orange peels that has been shown to effectively aid in weight loss.
L-Phenylalanine – An amino acid that has been shown to effectively suppress your appetite.
Evodia Rutaecarpa – A fruit that is native to northern China and Korea and has been used to treat abdominal distress.
Acetyl-L-Tyrosine – Another amino acid that is said to increase your levels of dopamine.
Guggulsterones - This ingredient comes from the guggul plant and is said to help your body burn fat more efficitvely. It is still unclear as to whether it will cause weight loss or not.
Ginger- Helps your digestive system. Will not directly lead to weight loss.
Raspberry Ketones – A chemical derived from raspberries that, again, is said to help your body burn fat. As of yet, no difinitive research has been found that support its claims to cause you to lose weight.
A Prescription Strength Pill?
Now, I don’t know about you, but I don’t know how anyone could look at this list of ingredients and think for a second that Phenterpril and Phentermine are even remotely similar. I wish that the marketers at Phenterpril would come up with a better way to push their product, because with just a little research, I’m not convinced that their product is even in the same class as prescription Phentermine.
But I do have to give the Phenterpril diet pill some credit; the list of ingredients in this pill aren’t all bad. Synephrine has been shown to be an effective weight-loss ingredient; L-Phenylalanine has been shown to help tell your brain that your’re full; and the various caffeine ingredients could help boost your metabolism (just watch out for the jitters with this pill!). Plus, the amount of each ingredient in the pill is clearly marked on the bottle.
While we commend them for disclosing the amounts of each ingredient, it is also clear that those amounts are simply not high enough to produce the results that are claimed by Phenterpril. As a side note, they could have at least been a little more creative when deciding the amounts, each ingredients has the exact same amount at 37.5 mg. I would hope that this raises some scepticism as it is highly unlikely that each ingredient requires the same amount in order to be effective.
Phenterpril’s Marketing
We really don’t like that they try to spin Phenterpril as a close substitute to Phentermine. It is misleading and untrue (well I guess any diet pill is a substitute for any other one, but here they’re trying to make it sound as though they are similar in formula).
They also use the same old trick of quoting a ‘retail’ price much higher than their ‘special’ price. I’m sure that you’ll always find it for the $44 that they are currently selling it at.
Phenterpril Price
The regular price for a thirty-day supply of Phenterpril is regularly $99, but it is marked down to $44 (you also save more if you buy more). This is actually a very reasonable price.
Phenterpril Guarantee
They do have a 30 day money back guarantee. You can return one empty bottles and all other unused bottles for full guarantee. This is a decent guarantee, we like to see guarantees longer that 60 days since it’s difficult to judge the efficacy of a diet pill in a short 30 days.
Conclusion
So what’s the bottom line? The Phenterpril diet pill contains some decent ingredients that may in fact help you lose a little weight. The problem, however is that the ingredient amounts are not high enough to be effective. Regardless, it for sure is nothing like prescription Phentermine. But hey, at least it’s not just another diet pill chock full of hoodia. Thumbs down on Phenterpril.
We really like that Adapexin-P 37.5mg is very straight forward in their marketing and website approach. They have a clear focus on using clinically proven ingredients that will maximize your weight loss - which is the only way to sell a diet pill in our opinion.
With straight forward and honest marketing, proven ingredients, and a great Money Back Guarantee, we suggest that Adapexin-P is a high quality diet pill. Consumers are very satisfied with Adapexin, and so are we, making it our #1 product of choice.
Phenphedrine is the strongest diet pill around. It's one of the the only products we have ever reviewed that not only surpassed the weight loss results of the banned Fen-Phen, but is legal and extremely safe. The only reason it is not our #1 diet pill is because Adapexin-P is a bit less expensive.
Phenphedrine is ideal for someone who wants a diet pill / fat burner that contains some of the best ingredients available backed by a money back satisfaction guarantee. The price is great and you can't go wrong with their lifetime guarantee. We say give Phenphedrine a try. Two thumbs up!
