I've tried the Rewind, and I was a skeptic, but I was very surprised at the energy that it gave me. They cost less than the average energy drink that you can by at Wal Mart or the gas station, they are actually healthy for you, and they give me sustained energy. I actually have started using these before weightlifting. They contain Gensing extract, Green Tea extract, and some other natural ingredients.
As for buying something like this at Costco? I've never found a packet that gives me the boost that I get from the Rewind. The closest thing I've found is an Advocare product called Spark. Costco doesn't have a product that compares to this, to my knowledge.
