San Tight Review
San’s Tight is a stimulant based weight loss supplement that claims to help you “lose weight within the shortest period of time.” It also claims to provide an “Increased feeling of overall well being that will simply amaze you every step of the way – especially if you are low carb dieting.” Will you be amazed? Lets take a look at their ingredient profile to see what Tight by San has to offer.
- Caffeine Anhydrous
- Green Tea
- Guggulsterones E&Z
Caffeine Anhydrous – Don’t let the ‘anydrous’ fool you. All that means is that it is dehydrated caffeine. Caffeine is, however, a proven weight loss ingredient. It’s an effective stimulant that increases energy during workouts and your metabolic rate.
Green Tea – Another proven diet pill ingredient, green tea is a powerful antioxidant but it also increases your metabolic rate.
Synephrine - Another effective stimulant, synephrine has been shown to provide the same benefits of other stimulants without some of the same side effects.
Guggulsterones E&Z – Research is lacking that shows that guggulsterones are effective in weight loss.
Vinpocetine - May help in memory retention but has yet to be proven to help at all with weight loss.
Bioperine - Has been shown to aid in nutrient absorption.
While San Tight does have some good ingredients, they are all hidden in a proprietary blend (their website didn’t even disclose how much the blend was) which makes it extremely difficult to say whether it will be effective or not. Also, San Tight is packed with stimulants so those who may be sensitive to stimulants should steer clear of San Tight.
San Tight’s Marketing
Their website definitely has somewhat of a “hardcore” flavor to it. They do provide a good amount of information about their ingredients which is a good thing. Their testimonials are interesting in that they have an asterisk below them that says “results not typical.” Hmm…interesting.

At least a few of the ingredients on San Tight’s label have been proven to contribute significantly to weight loss. The question is, however, are they just label dressing or they actually included in high enough amounts in the diet pill to make a difference? With their proprietary blend, it’s difficult to say (although we doubt it). To be sure, try finding a diet pill that fully discloses their (effective) ingredients.
