SAN Tight FEM Review

For many women, it’s frustrating to find so many diet programs and pills that claim to be “formulated and designed specifically for a woman’s body” like Tight Fem, but not really ever finding the successful weight loss that they yearn for. What makes a product “just-for-women” anyway? SAN Nutrition seems to think its formula has the key, but we’re not so sure…

SAN Tight FEM Ingredients

Tight FEM is composed of just one “Thermogenic Complex” that amounts to a total of 435 mg. Not surprisingly, the primary ingredient is caffeine, as is the case with most diet pills. Additionally, it contains green tea and piperine, which are other common thermogenic ingredients (which means they help boost metabolism to burn fat). Aside from these staples, the blend includes:

  • Coleus forskohlii
  • Guggulsterones Extract (E & Z Isomers)
  • Vinca Minor Plant
  • Yohimbe Bark
  • Microcrystalline cellulose, Red 3, Yellow 6, Titatium Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate

From forskolin and guggulsterones, which in the right concentrations may increase testosterone levels, we assume that the strategy is to improve the ability of a woman’s body to build and maintain lean muscle mass and to burn fat. From the research done on this concept, it seems to be sound, but as the entire formula amounts to less than half a gram and without specific concentrations listed, we can’t be sure that the product provides the necessary dosage.

SAN Tight FEM Marketing

The company mainly markets this product through bodybuilding.com. It has no separate website and doesn’t really offer that much information about itself other than the ingredient list and some predictably ridiculous claims about being a “miracle” and a “sensation.”

SAN Tight FEM Conclusion

As far as weight loss supplements go in general, this product has great ingredients but in unverifiable and likely very weak dosage. This does not allow much confidence in its effectiveness. As a weight loss supplement specifically for women, it is certainly cheaper than most but again, the 435mg dosage suggests you’re getting less than you need. It also contains a long list of warnings on the product, which doesn’t inspire confidence. At this price, it’s not much of a risk but we wouldn’t necessarily recommend it.
