Size 0 Review

width=Size 0, supposedly a “scientific breakthrough,” is one of the newest weight loss and “beauty pill” designed specifically for women. When used with regular diet and exercise it also promises “a new slimmer you with shapely curves”. The problem is that there’s no possible way that a pill can make you a size 0 while selectively leaving “curves” in only the places you want them. This kind of gimmicky marketing makes it hard to trust any of their claims. By featuring anorexic looking models and implying that being a size 0 is a good weight loss goal, this supplement shamelessly supports an unhealthy body image. Size Zero is nothing more than a fairly ordinary fat burning pill with a few female-orientated ingredients and dishonest marketing.

Size 0 Ingredients

Don’t be impressed or overwhelmed by the long list of ingredients included in Size 0. It merely means they have put in a VERY small amount of each ingredient. Size 0 does include a few proven ingredients, but odds are there is not enough of any one ingredient to significantly contribute to weight loss.

Caffeine Anhydrous, dried caffeine, contributes to weight loss. Though, because it is a proprietary blend, there is no way to know if there is enough to be effective.

Green Tea Extract is one of the more common diet pill ingredients and is actually a decent one. Known for its fat-burring ability, it has become popular as of late for good reason.

Yerba Mate may aid in weight loss when combined with Guarana, and Damiana, which are not included in this blend.

Green Coffee Bean Extract
appears to aid weight loss in mice, although no human studies have been done.

Cordia Salisifolia Extract
(Cha de Bugre) although cordia salisifolia is included in many diet pills, no credible scientific research has shown it aids in weight loss.

Cocoa Extract does not directly contribute to weight loss, but it’s naturally occurring caffeine may help boost metabolism.

Taurine, though it is often used in energy drinks, shows no scientific data that it has an effect on energy levels.

Hoodia Gordonii has not been found to contribute significantly to weight loss

Collagen, according to many diet pill companies, reduces body fat, but studies have not been able to prove this.

Choline also supposedly reduces body fat (according to diet pill companies), though science hasn’t proven this.

Inositol may help the body transport fat from the liver.

Biotin
is Vitamin B-7 that may help stabilize mood but doesn’t contribute to weight loss.

Other ingredients include Jojoba Seed Extract, Citrus Naringin, Griffoniosimplicifolia Seed Extract, Horsetail Leaf Extract, Hyaluronic Acid, Silica, L-Methionine, L-Cyctione. Coenzyme Q10, Chamomile Flower Leaf Extract, Choste Tree Berry, Daidzen, Dong Quai Root, Vitex Agnus Costus. These ingredients are found in additional proprietary blends in extremely tiny amounts.

Size 0 Marketing

The Size 0 website claims they have made a “scientific breakthrough.” Though under the section “Size 0 Science”, there is no information. Size 0 also boasts a “Beauty Complex” plus an “estrogen support complex” in such tiny proprietary blend amounts that it’s pretty much only included as label dressing. If anything, their incredibly long list of ingredients is an indication that there’s not going to be enough of the few effective ingredients to make much difference.

Size 0 Price

It costs $49.95 for a one-month supply of Size O pills.

Size 0 Guarantee

Size 0 has a 6-month guarantee policy. That sounds impressive, however, if you’re taking the pills as directed that’s not as helpful as it sounds. You can only return open bottles if you have used less than half the bottle, or they will only refund the amount of the unused portion-whatever that means. (Maybe they count the exact number of pills returned, but that does seem like a suspiciously vague return policy.

Size 0 Conclusion

Overall, Size 0 diet pills are pretty ordinary. It contains a few proven ingredients but not in large enough amounts to actually cause weight loss. Since Size Zero fails to include the amount of their ingredients, it makes it impossible to predict how effective this diet pill would be, but just one glance at their never-ending ingredient list tells you that there isn’t possibly enough room for any of them to be present in a clinically significant amount. Don’t waste your money.
