Green Tea- One of the more common diet pill ingredients, green tea is actually a really good ingredient. Known for its fat-buring ability, it has become popular as of late and for good reason.

Caffeine- One of the few diet pill ingredients that actually has been proven in many clinical studies, caffeine is a stimulant and a diuretic that aids significantly to weight loss.

Phase 2-A starch neutralizer, Phase 2, is a patented ingredient derived from a kidney bean that’s designed to block starch in your system. Is Phase 2 going to melt your pounds off by itself? No. But is it an effective supplement to accompany other quality diet pill ingredients? Yes.

Chromium Picolinate-Helps aid in blood sugar regulation, which may or may not affect weight loss.

5-HTP-5-Hydroxytryptophan, or 5-HTP for short, is an amino acid and is involved with serotonin. Serotonin has a direct effect on mood, anger, appetite, and more. When combined with other good diet pill ingredients, it may have positive effects.

Good ingredients, but what about the ingredient amounts?

Slenderite actually has really great ingredients. The only problem that I have is that the amount of each ingredient is not disclosed. The problem with this is that if chromium is the main ingredient, this diet pill probably won’t be too effective. However, if the main ingredient is Phase 2, then this diet pill will probably work great. But because the amount of each ingredient isn’t listed, there is simply no way of knowing.

The whole of Slenderite’s website is just one page with a few short informational paragraphs. What I love about this website is that it has links to an exercise and meal plan page that are dedicated to helping you reach your weight loss goals. What this tells me is that this company is doing its best to help support you with your goals-not just sell you a product and send you on your way.

One bottle of Slenderite retails for $22.99, but can be found here for less than $17. I would also check out eBay.comThere isn’t a guarantee on the Slenderite website, which is too bad because the ingredients in this diet pill seem so promising.

Conclusion

After looking at the ingredients in Slenderite, I was pretty excited because of how good they are. But the fact that the ingredient amounts aren’t listed and there is no guarantee keeps me from recommending this product. I’m not going as far as to give it a thumbs down, I’d just like to see ingredient amounts and a good guarantee.
