Chromium-As far as chromium goes, we’re pretty neutral. Chromium does have a positive effect on blood sugar regulation, but this has not yet been proven to help aid in weight loss.

Glucomannan-Glucomannan’s claim to fame in weight loss is in its ability to help in appetite suppression. When consumed with water, glucomannan absorbs the water and forms a “gel-like mass.” As it passes through your intestines, this mass makes you feel as though you are full, which could potentially help you eat less.

Green Tea Extract-While not a miracle ingredient that will melt away the pounds overnight, green tea contains caffeine and is know for its fat burning abilities.

Ginger-While ginger is helpful for someone who is having digestive problems, don’t count on it to help you lose weight.

On the SLIMQUICK Cleanse website it says that this diet pill contains 500 mcg of pure hoodia. Now the fact that hoodia is an ineffective fad ingredient isn’t what I want to point out right here. What caught my attention was that hoodia wasn’t listed anywhere on the diet pill ingredients list. Now I don’t know if I am missing something or if the marketers made a mistake, but this to me seems like a huge red flag.

The other ingredients are fine to put in your body, but they aren’t likely to help you lose weight. And even if the ingredients were effective, there isn’t a large enough amount of them to deliver the benefits. So although a long list of ingredients may seem impressive, the truth is that if none of those ingredients really work it doesn’t matter how many there are.

Like the other SLIMQUICK products, SLIMQUICK Cleanse is directed toward women, but again, the actual information that is provided is pretty limited. Also repeated is their program which basically includes combining SLIMQUICK Cleanse with proper diet and exercise. And yet another repeat is how they claim that SLIMQUICK helps women in six different ways (water, hormones, stress, metabolism, energy, and appetite) yet never explain how the diet pill actually aids in these areas.

It seems to us that just like other SLIMQUICK products, SLIMQUICK Cleanse is an ineffective diet pill that tries to win you over with a long list of ingredients that really won’t help you lose weight. Sorry SLIMQUICK, but you get another thumbs down from us.
