Stacker 2 Review
Stacker 2 is a diet pill that, according to them, is “designed for those who are in search of a powerful fat burning diet supplement.” They then go on to tell you that it ‘may’ be effective if you take it along with diet and exercise. And well folks, that’s about all the information that they provide on the product on their official website. I had to go elsewhere to find the info in this review. Read on to see what we found about Stacker 2. In a nutshell…it wasn’t much.
Ingredients
- Kola Nut
- Yerba Mate
- Cassia Mimosoides
- White Willow Bark
- Caffeine (200 mg)
- Green Tea
- Guggulsterones
- Gymnema
Caffeine - Has been proven to be an effective weight loss stimulant. The 200 mg here is a pretty high dosage so those who don’t fair well with caffeine will want to steer clear of Stacker 2.
Green Tea – Another proven weight loss ingredient, green tea is backed by mounds of research that shows it’s effectiveness in weight loss.
Guggulsterones - Research has shown that it may have the ability to increase your metabolism. That research, however, included high amounts of guggulsterones (around 1 to 3 grams which is much higher than Stacker 2 is likely to have).
Yerba Mate – Has been shown to be effective when combined with damiana and guarana.
The other ingredients have little to no quality research that proves their effectiveness in weight loss. The above ingredients are included in a proprietary blend, hiding the amounts of each ingredient. As such, it is extremely difficult to recommend Stacker 2 as it doesn’t appear that high enough dosages are included (The blend is only 198 mg).
Stacker 2′s Marketing
The website is professionally done and looks rather nice (if you like flash). They don’t use fake stock photos or fabricated before and after photos which is a plus. But what we don’t like about their site is that they provide almost zero information about the products themselves.
Stacker 2′s Price
$29.99 for a 100 count bottle. Other quantities are available.
Stacker 2′s Guarantee
I found no information about a guarantee.
Conclusion
Stacker 2 has a few quality ingredients that we like, but they also have quite a few ingredients that aren’t likely to do much at all. Being that they are all in a proprietary blend, I’m gonna go out on a limb and say that Stacker 2 probably wont be as effective as they would like us to believe. They price is pretty cheap, but they have no guarantee. I suggest looking at a diet pill that discloses exactly how much of what you’re putting in your body.
