Stemulite Diet Pill Review

Stemulite claims to not only help you lose weight, but also to sleep better, gain muscle, increase your endurance and your energy, and improve your overall well being.  Wow, all that in one little pill?  That’s a lot to promise, but does Stemulite deliver on all these benefits?  My guess is not.  Lets look at the ingredient profile to see if Stemulite is up to its hype.

Stemulite Ingredients

  • Lipoic Acid (300 mg)
  • Aminocarnitine (200 mg)
  • Beta Glucan (50 mg)
  • SerraPeptase (50 mg)
  • Quercetin (50 mg)
  • Eggplant Extract (10 mg)
  • Indium (5 mg)

Stemulite has one formula for men and one for women.  However, the ingredients and the amounts of those ingredients are listed as being the exact same in each.  So unless they’ve somehow done something to differentiate them aside from their ingredient profile (not likely), there is no difference between the two.  Their directions for use, however, are different between men and women.  In addition, both the men’s and women’s formula have their own daytime and nighttime formulas (so a total of 4 different formulas).  The only thing they’ve added for the nighttime formula is 2 mg of Melatonin (meant to help you sleep).  Something already sounds fishy.

Lipoic Acid - Claimed by diet pill companies to help increase one’s energy, lipoic acid is still lacking enough research to substantiate these claims.  Most believe that the body already produces enough of it and that more is not needed.

Aminocarnitine - A special amino acid designed to become immediately available in the intestinal tract.  Again, lacking supporting clinical studies when it comes to weight loss.

Beta Glucan - While it is commonly used in diet pills, their weight loss related claims are not well supported by research.

Melatonin - A powerful antioxidant, melatonin’s main role in dietary supplements is to help you sleep and improve overall well-being.  These claims are actually supported by a fairly large amount of research.

Stemulite’s Marketing

As already mentioned, they’re using the “different formula” gimmick to add some kind of credibility.  We’ve seen this before and see it as a cheap and shameful trick.

The first few minutes of your experience on their website will be full of testimonials, both typed and in video format.  While some may see these tv spots and video testimonials as somehow more credible, remember that anyone can pay for a tv spot or appear in a video testimonial just as easily as they can fake an email testimonial.  Just be careful - I don’t put very much stock in testimonials at all these days.

Stemulite Price

$59.95 gets you one bottle of daytime formula as well as one bottle of nighttime formula.  Depending on the dosages you take, both of those bottles will last you a total of one month.  $59.95 for a month’s supply is pretty standard for a diet pill, but where it likely won’t work, its still too much.

Stemulite Guarantee

We couldn’t find anything about a guarantee on their site. Not a good sign.

Conclusion

Another fish in the sea of inneffective diet pills, Stemulite uses ingredients that, while they carry many claims to help you lose weight, are unproven and unsupported by research.  And clinical research is really what counts in this industry (at least we think so).  They use sketchy marketing tactics and provide no guarantee.  We suggest looking elsewhere if you actually want to lose weight.
