But before we take any company at their word alone, it is important to look at each aspect of this diet pill.

Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA)-This ingredient is a naturally occurring fatty acid will help increase your metabolism and suppress your appetite. It is important to note, however, that SuperFats does not disclose the exact amount of CLA in this product.

Sesame Seed Oil Extract-A key component to sesame seed oil is l-phenylalanine. L-phenylalanine is an amino acid that has been shown to aid in appetite suppression.It does this by releasing a hormone called cholecystokinin (CCK) in the intestines which sends a signal to the brain that you are full. But again, there is no way to know how much l-phenylalanine is contained in SuperFats.

Korean Pine Nut Extract-More research needs to be conducted, but Korean pine nut extract is often claimed to help suppress your appetite.
