Thermo-Lean (Lifesource) Review

The one testimonial about the Thermo-Lean diet pill says, “This product flat out works!” My response to this is: Says who? I mean, we’ve seen the ingredients in this diet pill before and they haven’t worked, so what makes Thermo-Lean think that they can win us over?

Chromium-Plays an important role in blood sugar regulation, but this hasn’t been shown to directly affect weight loss.

Garcinia-Animal research has shown that this ingredient suppresses the appetite and helps burn fat, but human trials have not had the same results.

Bitter Orange (Citrus Aurantium)-This ingredient is often used to replace the banned ephedra. It contains synephrine which has been shown to aid in weight loss.

Guarana-Much like caffeine, guarana can help boost your energy levels and may help you burn more calories.

Green Tea-A popular ingredient that is actually known for its fat-burning abilities. It increases the metabolic rate.

White Willow Bark-Aspirin was originally created from White Willow bark research, and this ingredient is primarily used to treat inflammation.

Nothing new here

The ingredients found in Thermo-Lean are pretty typical of most other diet pills on the market. There aren’t any ingredients that raise any particular red flags, but then again there are only a few ingredients that have been shown to be very helpful when it comes to weight loss. And the amounts of those ingredients aren’t disclosed. From the ingredients it seems that Thermo-Lean is just another addition to the growing market of diet pills that won’t really help you lose weight.

Thermo-Lean’s Marketing

Again, just like the ingredients found in Thermo-Lean, the marketing tactics aren’t anything we haven’t seen before either. On LifeSource Nutrition’s website there is a single testimonial that was probably made up as a last addition to the website. Thermo-Lean’s marketers claim that Thermo-Lean can be used whether you need to lose five pounds or 150 pounds because the diet pill causes your metabolism to increase–a process called “thermogenesis.” The problem with this claim is: Where’s the proof? They don’t cite any studies about how Thermo-Lean helps raise your metabolism so all we have to take is their word for it. Just like most of the other diet pills on the market, Thermo-Lean is just a bunch of unsubstantiated hype!

Thermo-Lean Price

A 90-capsule bottle of Thermo-Lean costs only $13.99. Don’t be fooled though; you usually get what you pay for. And while we don’t recommend that you go out and buy the most expensive diet pill out there, a super low price for a diet pill is usually a good sign that the pill is full of junk ingredients and isn’t going to work.

Thermo-Lean Guarantee

For us, the biggest red flag for Thermo-Lean is that there is no guarantee at all. Sure, the diet pill isn’t very expensive, but if it doesn’t do what it says it will do you should be able to get at least some of your money back. A good guarantee is at least 60 days, but we prefer a lifetime guarantee to give us confidence in a product. If the people selling Thermo-Lean are so convinced that their product works, why not stand behind it?

Conclusion

There is nothing in Thermo-Lean’s, marketing, price, or guarantee that has us convinced that this is anything but another diet pill that doesn’t produce any results. The ingredients are decent, but we don’t know how much is actually included. You won’t have to spend a lot of money to find this out for yourself, but we suggest that you take our word for it and avoid Thermo-Lean all together.
