There are plenty of fabricated “studies” out there, but not one of them is documented or independently performed.

Guarana-A stimulant that is most effective for weight loss when combined with damiana and yerba mate; neither of which is contained in Zenacort.

“Other essential dietary minerals”-Your guess is as good as mine when it comes to what ingredients this is referring to. I suspect, however, that they are useless when it comes to weight loss.

You will know a good diet pill because it will have proven ingredients and the correct amount of each ingredient to aid in weight loss. Using this formula, you can also easily tell worthless diet pills because they will have junk ingredients and they will not list the ingredient amounts. However, even if a diet pill does contain quality ingredients, if the company does not list the amounts, this means that there is probably not enough of each ingredient to do you any good at all. In the case of Zenacort, this product does not have good ingredients AND does not list the amount of each ingredient.
