ForsLean’s main ingredient is forskohlin, derived from the coleus forskohlii plant. Forskohlin has been shown in studies to promote lean body mass. ForsLean is a quality ingredient that has a considerable amount of research backing it up. While ForsLean is unlikely to be the sole contributor to weight loss if it was a diet pill’s primary ingredient, it would be a great addition to other proven ingredients to help mitigate the loss of lean body mass when losing weight.
